Prototype China 3D Printing Services

We Provide Professional One-stop Additive Manufacturing Services

Custom manufacturing network providing multi jet fusion (MJF), stereolithography (SLA), PolyJet, selective laser sintering (SLS) and fused deposition modeling (FDM) 3D printing services. Materials worked with include ABS, nylon, polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG), PLA and other materials. Capable of manufacturing parts with 0.0016 to 0.25 mm resolution. Turning, milling, gear hobbing, EDM, urethane casting and injection molding services are available. Secondary services such as metal finishing, hand metrology, laser and CMM inspection are also offered. Prototype volume production is available.

Our 3D Printing Capabilities

Industrial additive manufacturing (3D printing) services. Rapid and functional prototypes, design models, visual aids, jigs and fixtures, injection molds, end-of-arm tooling, part carriers, casting patterns and core boxes can be manufactured. Capabilities include surface smoothing, hole sizing, machining, reverse engineering, 3d scanning and file conversion. Industries served include aerospace and defense, automotive and consumer.

SLA 3D Printing

Great for accurate aesthetic models and rapid prototyping. A precise laser cures a liquid resin in the build chamber building accurate parts one layer at a time.

SLS 3D Printing

Great for functional rapid prototypes and low-volume end-use parts. Here a precision laser fuses powder material together one layer at a time, to build accurate and strong nylon parts.

FDM 3D Priting

Different industries need different solutions to maximize their target efficiency. FDM 3D printing technology can build durable and powerful prototypes that can withstand rigorous testing.

PolyJet 3D Printing

PolyJet technology is known for its excellent fidelity and amazing beauty. The working principle of this technology is similar to traditional inkjet printing, but instead of jetting ink onto paper, the print head jets liquid photopolymer onto the build tray..

DMLS 3D Printing

DMLS directly uses high-energy laser to melt the metal powder for deposition, while sintering and solidifying the powdered metal material and automatically stacking layer by layer to generate dense geometrical solid parts.

Post Processing

Post-processing mainly deals with the surface of the workpiece to achieve a certain degree of smoothness and brightness, eliminates surface stress and internal stress, so that the subsequent processes can be carried out smoothly.

3D Printing Materials

Additive manufacturing (3D printing) services for 17-4 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, aluminum, copper, 718 nickel alloy, titanium, glass-filled nylon, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polypropylene and polycarbonate. Methods include direct metal laser sintering (DMLS), powder bed fusion, selective laser sintering (SLS), stereolithography, carbon digital light synthesis (DLS) and multi jet fusion.
